David Levy and Suzanne Martin accuse backers of online abuse
Lee Fogarty's girlfriend Tanya Adele Cook sends screen grabs from the Indiegogo campaign showing repeated refund requests and satirical messages that Tanya is claiming to be "worrying abuse" towards Suzanne Martin and David Levy. Lee Fogarty has repeatedly stated that Tanya did not work for Retro Computers Limited or have anything to do with the Vega+ campaign. Approximately 5000 angry (and technically savvy) backers of the Vega+ console have had their money stolen by the Retro Computers Limited directors with nothing to show for it, yet Tanya is duly forwarding this "abuse" onto the directors that were responsible for the theft of £512,790.
Tanya believes the poster is a backer called Jamie Ball, while at the same time claiming that Jamie Ball is in fact a second personality, the well known retrogaming YouTube commentator George Cropper who runs the Funky Spectrum channel. Lee Fogarty has publicly stated the same thing on social media, claiming that the phantom 'George' actually lives in Scotland.
In their email report to TDC Daniel Levy, David Levy claims that Suzanne Martin had received 400 messages of abuse that day alone (just before 2pm in the afternoon). Suzanne Martin says that she does not think the poster is either Jamie Ball or George Cropper, but is a third backer called Daniel Newby. This seems to be the standard modus operandi of Levy and Martin, making random claims of abuse to police officers hoping that if they throw enough muck, some will stick. The police officer happens to be the same one they have liaised with during the campaign and who shares the surname of "Levy", but who claims not to be connected to David Levy.
Ex-employee Lee Fogarty has publicly confirmed that he reported Suzanne Martin to TDC Levy of the Metropolitan police force for creating multiple fake social media and email accounts, as well as sending herself abusive emails and social media threats. Suzanne's threats of harm to herself were made in an attempt to silence the media and backers from uncovering where the half million pounds of backer money ended up, as well as being a desperate attempt to divert attention from her own crimes.

Here is some more abuse just sent to me by Tanya.
The main headline in today's "the Guardian" says "Crackdown on social media hate crimes -- CPS to pursue online abusers in bid to rein in number of physical attacks".
Hopefully this will make it more likely that the CPS will act in our case. The abuse gets worse and worse. Suzanne has already received about 400 messages of abuse today alone.

Really sorry I have to send this to you. It can't be very nice to read. It's possibly Jamie Ball AKA George Cropper. I don't know. My reasoning, he always types in capitals when he is Jamie Ball, crazy isn't it?
All the best

More terrible press for the much maligned console and to make matters worse, Sky have now insisted that the company no longer use the Sinclair name and its related trademarks.
A tiny amount of the promised 400 have been spotted in the wild and there's not a single positive review.
"Our Indiegogo campaign is to raise funds to manufacture the first 2,500 or more units of the Vega+ in the UK, and to prepare us for the second production run."
