Lee Fogarty ropes in his girlfriend to spy on backers
Lee Fogarty was paid at least £14,000 of backers money to work and shill for Retro Computers Ltd, and he also roped in his girlfriend Tanya to spy on backers and report directly to David Levy. Both Lee Christian Fogarty and Tanya Adele Cook worked as directors (or former directors) for the company Creative Spectrum Ltd, which has had an active proposal to be struck off since September 2017.
Creative Spectrum Ltd has not filed accounts or confirmation statements since August 2015, despite having tens of thousands of pounds paid into its accounts. The company actively spied on backers, using backers own money via Retro Computers Ltd, at the request of David Levy and Suzanne Martin.
Tanya Adele also works as a self employed entertainer. Tanya's StarNow profile (now deleted) shows she worked as a dancer at a "school dinners" restaurant which normally means dressing as a sexy school girl, something RCL director David Levy would have potentially found very appealing. Tanya has since moved onto dancing with gypsies in pubs.
(Since the publication of this expose, Tanya's Youtube channel has been closed down, but you can view an archived copy of Tanya's video cover of She Said. There are two backups of Tanya's StarNow profile on archive.org from January 2013 and September 2018.)
It is not currently known if Tanya Cook received money for these spying services directly herself, but she was the direct beneficiary of a CCTV alarm system and full installation costs by Retro Computers Ltd at her home. A credit check shows CCJ’s have been issued to her personally by creditors in the past. (A County Court Judgment or CCJ is a type of court order in England, Wales and Northern Ireland that can be registered against you if you fail to repay money you owe.)
On the 16th of October 2017, Lee Fogarty claimed that Tanya had nothing to do with the Vega+ or the company Retro Computers Ltd:

Good Morning David,
I have been told to send evidence to you. Code Tappers blog has reappeared, the above attached screen shot shows who tweeted it. The troll who tweeted it is Armitage Shanks.
I'm sure you know the police asked him to take this down, they have completely disregarded authority. It may have been edited since, I don't know.
A daily blog summary of the fiasco that is the Vega+ with information compiled from many sources.

More terrible press for the much maligned console and to make matters worse, Sky have now insisted that the company no longer use the Sinclair name and its related trademarks.
A tiny amount of the promised 400 have been spotted in the wild and there's not a single positive review.
"Our Indiegogo campaign is to raise funds to manufacture the first 2,500 or more units of the Vega+ in the UK, and to prepare us for the second production run."
