Lee Fogarty contacted David Levy to report that Suzanne Martin was charging Retro Computers Ltd via her contact Alex Billington for work that Lee was doing. In this way Suzanne Louise Martin could pocket the money and claim she wasn't being paid.

Many thanks for the cyber crime report I have spoken to them today following your complaint, and they have confirmed no crime has taken place, and the actions were within the confines of the contract.
I will therefore be using that report as the result as evidence for the CCJ. I should point out that I will also be claiming costs on top of the £250 x 2 invoices, two late payment charges at £40 each, and interest.
I have also supplied an evidence that you have attempted to hack my software illegally, and that Suzanne created the troll accounts that have caused myself and Tanya a lot of hassle and abuse.
As an aside the dispute started because Suzanne rang Tanya claiming to have evidence that I was leaking information to the trolls. Do you still stand by that statement given that I have never had access to the documents currently being posted on twitter? That only leaves two people that can be leaking - you or Suzanne.
Also, you seem to think I didn't do much for your company. I think its more likely Suzanne realised I was doing a lot more than £250 so she got Alex to bill for work I was doing. Isn't it strange that Alex is now paying Suzanne for work? When she claims to have not been paid for months - isn't that money going into her account anyway?

More terrible press for the much maligned console and to make matters worse, Sky have now insisted that the company no longer use the Sinclair name and its related trademarks.
A tiny amount of the promised 400 have been spotted in the wild and there's not a single positive review.
RCL really do seem to be trying to "go for broke" here, with their lawyers now contacting them to chase over a quarter of a million pounds in unpaid fees...
"Our Indiegogo campaign is to raise funds to manufacture the first 2,500 or more units of the Vega+ in the UK, and to prepare us for the second production run."
