David Levy and Suzanne Martin plot to extort money from the Cooper family

David Levy plots to extort money from Nick Cooper's familyDavid Levy and Suzanne Martin plot to grab assets of innocent third parties, sitting rubbing their hands together and dribbling with excitement as they encourage others to do their bidding. This time it's false claims against Nick Cooper, the former director of Cornerstone Media International Ltd, the original sales agent for the original Vega console.

Nick Cooper has publicly stated that he retained approximately £46,000 of sales income from the original Vega console, on the basis that Retro Computers Ltd had invalidated the sales contract with him, and that RCL did not own the IP within the console. RCL subsequently broke the contract with him, which meant that he was actually owed close to £100,000 by them.

With mounting legal costs against Cornerstone as David Levy and Suzanne Martin used ZX Vega+ backer money on lawyers against Cooper, his company was eventually pushed into administration. Shortly afterwards, Levy and Martin managed to bamboozle a judge into adding Cooper personally to the debts, so he himself was forced into personal bankruptcy by David Levy and Suzanne Martin in their relentless pursuit of him and money.

These emails show how they intended to not only going after Nick Cooper himself, but Cooper's father, his father's assets, and even his ex-wife's assets. It also shows that David Levy had been "scoping out" the properties owned by Cooper's father in Spain, and seems to even have had "men on the ground" in Spain to help Levy in his desperate quest for money.

Public court records show that neither Nick Cooper nor the company Cornerstone Media International were ever convicted of any crime (as opposed to Suzanne Louise Martin, who was convicted of drug trafficking offences and was sentenced to a year of incarceration for her crimes).

None of the claims by David Levy, Suzanne Martin or Retro Computers Ltd were ever tried in court, and the only judgement against Nick Cooper and Cornerstone was for costs in the court cases in this pursuit of him, and as Cooper has publicly stated many times, he ran out of money against the highly overpaid lawyers used by Retro Computers Ltd.

Leaked bank statements show that Levy had spent Vega+ backer money to pay these lawyers until the account was empty, at which point Levy continued to rack up debts to the law firms and currently owes more than £300,000 to them.

Nick Cooper lost in court due to a lack of knowledge, and trying to defend himself in court as he could not afford a lawyer. The approximately £100,000 of money awarded by the courts was only ever for costs in court cases, not for the alleged debt as often lied and quoted by David Levy and Suzanne Martin. Both Levy and Martin have a long track record of lying in court and in public statements spanning 30 years

What is extremely concerning is the ease in which companies joined in this witch hunt and false claims, and that a UK government body also allowed this to happen with no apparent checks or balances in this matter as to its true validity. Just like the police office who seems eager to "help out" David Levy, it begs the question how far up (or down) and murky can this saga reveal itself to be in the UK establishment.

Hi Michael,

Did we send you this already? We don't have the addresses in Spain but someone who is in the village should be able to find them by asking around.

Here is a summary of Cooper's assets:

[1] He owns 14 shares out of 99 in the family's company (Moraira Villas Limited). The company owns and lets a property called Villa Rascat, which sleeps 12 people, as can be seen on their web site: Rental rates for 2017 quoted on their web site range from £750 per week for lowest season to £1,950 per week for highest season.

On its Linkedin page Moraira Villas Ltd also lets another Moraira villa called Villa Lydia May, which sleeps 10.

The attached accounts for the company as at 31st March 2016 shows that the company has tangible assets valued at £116,197, but the value of Villa Rascat alone is much more than that. The web site for a local estate agent (Moraira Select Villas) shows a 4 bedroomed villa in Moraira at a price of 785,000 Euro, and Villa Rascat has 5 bedrooms (and a pool) so is likely to be worth even more.

Estate Agents Moraira Select Villas, Villa & Property Sales Moraira

[2] The marital home at 69 Edward Street owned by Cooper and his wife Karen Cooper was sold in September 2016, which was 5 months after we started pursuing him for the sales revenues, and 2 months after we started litigating against him. The selling price according to the Land Registry (see attachment) was £440,000. Mr and Mrs Cooper had a mortgage, but where is the equity from that sale? (Also attached is the Land Registry record from when they purchased the house,.)

[3] Approxmately £200,000 was transferred out of Cornerstone's bank account at NatWest, during the period when Cornerstone was Retro's sales agent. Cooper has resisted all attempts to enable us to trace where that money went.

I hope this helps.

Best,

David
